The information for many of the questions raised in the forums became available after the proposed Traveston Crossing Dam’s final plan was released by Queensland Water Infrastructure on the 31 October 2006.
As well, the questions posed at the forums required answers from a wide range of Queensland Government departments and agencies, and some questions could only be answered with the assistance of Commonwealth agencies and local authorities.
The Community Futures Task Force has undertaken the task of compiling the answers to these questions.
Four additional questions that have been asked of the Community Futures Task Force, subsequent to the DNRW Forums, appear under a separate title; “Additional Questions put to the Community Futures Task Force”.
