Community Futures Fund Grants Program

Applications to the Community Futures Fund closed on 30 June 2009

The Community Futures Fund supported community activities in the areas affected by the Queensland Government's decisions to develop the proposed Traveston Crossing and Wyaralong Dams.

It was designed to help community groups continue to provide services and to alleviate concerns around decreasing membership and funding following the announcement of the dams.

The fund focused on traditional or new events that helped lift the spirits of community members and maintain the strong sense of community in these areas.
